Delete your UmpCrew account

UmpCrew (developed by Idaho Software Development) lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what gets removed.

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open the UmpCrew app on your phone.
2. Sign in if you are not already signed in.
3. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete from the web admin

1. Go to app.umpcrew.com and sign in.
2. Open Profile from the top navigation.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your authentication record (email, password, sign-in provider links).
• Your umpire profile (name, email, phone number, blackout dates).
• Your push notification token.
• Your assignment history on past games (your name is detached; the games themselves remain on the league's schedule).

What may be retained

For legal, security, and audit purposes we may retain a minimal, anonymized record of:

• Notification delivery logs (SMS / push) — anonymized by removing your identifiers.
• Aggregate, non-identifying league usage data.

These records do not contain your name, email, or phone number after your account is deleted.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app or web admin and want your account deleted, email us at hello@umpcrew.com from the email address on your account and we will process the deletion within 14 days.
